A day after these two teams tied in the Cactus League opener, they will go at it again with both teams trotting out starting pitchers looking to make their marks on new teams.

Randy Wells will start for Texas, as he begins his attempt to win the fifth spot in the starting rotation coming out of camp.  Wells has started 86 games in the major leagues, all with the Cubs.  He started only 13 games last season, four with the Chicago Cubs and nine with the AAA Iowa Cubs. He has a career 4.08 ERA and a 28-32 record as a starter.

Kansas City will send out Guillermo Moscoso, who has bounced around with three different teams in the last three years, including a stint with Texas in 2010 when he broke into the big leagues.  In 24 career starts, Moscoso has an 11-12 record and a 4.16 career ERA.  Moscoso spent 2012 in the Colorado organization, getting just three starts with the big league team and 18 starts in AAA Colorado Springs.
